Yoga is first and foremost a spiritual, inward looking practice, which can help keep ourspirits lifted and steady, our hearts open, as well as maintaining health and strength in our bodies.

Please do reach out if you have any questions about joining an online class. Everyone is welcome.

Classes

Each class will begin with a short opening chant before moving through sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, a finishing sequence, pranayama and rest. Options for postures are given to keep things simple if you are new to yoga, and beginners are most welcome. Please also feel free to join yoga even for a few sun salutations if that’s all you have time for or feel like.

We have a lovely light and warm, space for Yoga just a short drive from Aberdeen city, near the airport, and easily accessible from the local towns of Inverurie, Kintore, Blackburn, Banchory and Westhill. Beside the beautiful Loch of Skene and looking towards the hills.

Our home yoga space is to the west of the farm buildings, look for the creamy coloured house and a black cocker spaniel and fluffy grey and white cat roaming around together!
